Dr Bridget Kanini Mutuma, an African Research Initiative for Scientific Excellence (ARISE) Fellow, received the Researcher of the Year Award from University of Nairobi on 14 June 2024. She received the award at the recently concluded annual cultural day as recognition for exhibiting outstanding performance in research output and innovation.
